Refunds will be processed by Liva within five (5) business days.
Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your bank.
From the Liva submission/refund date, banks generally take up to 14-21 business days to process the refund payment and transfer the funds into a customer’s account, or until the next billing cycle. It depends on the issuer bank's procedures.
The refund amount may be converted to your local currency by your credit card company.
